@TuroSupport @turo I DM'd them and all they offered was travel credit. With such poor customer service, I don't plan to use them again and travel credit just means I have to spend more money. I am looking for cash compensation.

So disappointed with @Turo 's customer service. They cancelled our reservation less than a week before our trip, helped us rebook another car, cancelled AGAIN, and then made us pay $300 for the same car. And I had to pay for my own parking after picking up the car, another $60.
