Highly placed individuals in Government took advantage of KPLC monopoly in power production and distribution to steal from Kenyans. They have stolen everything, there is nothing to steal anymore. Perhaps we all embrace Solar Energy and collapse the KPLC criminal enterprise. ^DoS
