I decided HLSL needs a logo. Rust has a logo. C++ has a logo. Without a logo nobody will take me seriously. So, here’s my WIP.

@m_ninepoints @CompileExplore @mattgodbolt I need to look into getting clang trunk added to the compilers list. HLSL support in clang-15 is… not really functional, but hopefully by clang-16 we’ll have some good progress.

@m_ninepoints @pow2clk It would be _super_ useful to have DXC in compiler explorer. That would allow us to directly compare DXC and Clang code generation. We expect to be supporting DXC for a long time still.
