@HMCTSgovuk@CEOofHMCTS will the staff "non consolidated" bonus payment be paid monthly during the COVID-19 situation? Or was this a "one-off" payment to try and keep unhappy staff quiet?
@ShoaibMKhan@HMCTSgovuk I have experienced abrupt and discourteous Legal Reps when advising that their case has been vacated due to the ongoing public health climate. Respect is a 2-way thing.... and court staff are not getting that when trying to also work in difficult times.
@BarristerSecret At least you aren't having to travel across London on Public Transport to work in County Courts, who's work in essence, is not "essential". Oh and i should add that not many, if any, Courts are cleaned to the standard that @hmctsgovuk are making out.
@Hmctsgovuk are thanking us for putting our lives at risk for essentially "non-essential" work.
Will you pay for our funerals when we die because of your negligence to keep staff safe?
Tonight, we’re thanking everyone who works in our courts and tribunals to keep our vital justice system functioning. We applaud you all – you are all, in our eyes, #JusticeHeroes 1/2
The UK has done a fraction of the Coronavirus tests that Germany has. Why?
The UK has had almost FOUR times as many Coronavirus deaths as Germany. Why?
Our Government has serious questions to answer.
@Fletchbar @Portal_Queen@hmcts I dont think that theres any availability of "dummy" hearings to practice/test with. The staff are still trying to get up to scratch with the ever-evolving situation. Audio Hearings seem the far easier option to set up and run in my opinion, although it isn't the greatest option.
@CEOofHMCTS@HMCTSgovuk can you reveal how many Courthouses have been shut due to a direct "COVID-19" incident? And how many of your employees in the UK are current "confirmed" or "suspected" COVID-19 cases?
Please reveal these figures. #FreedomOfInformation#FOI#PublicInterest
@Ian_Fraser surely you didnt think the Govt built the whole thing? They were using an already built buiding and built wards inside, to make it a temporary hospital. Once the pandemic is over the building will be returned to normal and no longer be a hospital.
Something not quite right here? Abu Dhabi is charging the NHS £2m to £3m per month to rent the @ExCeLLondon conference venue so it can be used as a temporary hospital. I thought the UK government and NHS had built it.
2/2 @HMCTSgov "Close buildings that are not safe" so why aren't all courts closed then? No Courthouse is safe during this pandemic no matter how many times you try convincing staff that are not safe.
New measures to ensure our buildings are clean/safe
➡️Recruited 150 extra cleaners
➡️Frequently touched surfaces cleaned every 2hrs
➡️Extra washrooms checks
➡️Deep cleans of buildings confirmed with #coronavirus cases
➡️Close buildings that are not safe

@Peston@bbclaurak@BethRigby can one of you ask at today's government COVID-19 conference whether they have any plans to revisit the "Key Worker" or "Essential Work" list as It is far too broad currently?
A tightened list will help in reducing travel ans ensure more #StayAtHome
@BorisJohnson Well maybe you should tighten the list of "Keyworkers" then you absolute cock.
Having such a broad list of "keyworkers" was always going to be an issue. You dont have a fucking clue what you're doing. I hope you fucking resign after this. YOU ARE KILLING PEOPLE
Yesterday's data showed more people were using transport than in previous days.
Please do not leave your house unless absolutely necessary. It really will save lives.
#StayHomeSavesLives

1/2 HMCTS is unbelievable... rather than completely close/suspend most/all "non-urgent" courts (such as County Courts) they close/suspend a small number and close a fair few others to the public but still have them staffed.
