@STLARon @RGreggKeller We most likely disagree on many political issues, but I think you are spot on here. I am concerned in the lack of mobility (upward) that these moves will create. Due to many factors we already have seen this trend arise and this would amplify it.

@c_641s @RGreggKeller The tax has to be paid by someone. We are just shifting who pays it and how. We are not cutting govt. It is just shifting taxes to lower incomes. No way around that with a consumption tax.

@c_641s @RGreggKeller We are talking state taxes. And those funds put in those accounts were exempt from state taxes. Now we are trying (at the state level) to make them exempt again. They already got the benefit of the amplified gains and now need to pay taxes. Quit robbing the working class.
