نقص اليود: وهو السبب الأكثر شيوعاً في المناطق البعيدة عن البحار أو التي تعاني من مشاكل في الأمن الغذائي، حيث تتضخم الغدة الدرقية في محاولة منها لإنتاج الهرمونات رغم نقص اليود.
ما أعتقد عندها علاقة بسلاح كيميائي كان تستشيروا طالب طب ولا حتى خبير
