One of the tools we rely on when evaluating a hotel for acquisition, sale, or financing is the STAR Trend report. In the past, there was a direct link through which we could order a single report for approximately $650.

However, unless I misunderstood the recent conversation, I was informed that obtaining even one Trend report now requires purchasing a much more expensive subscription. If that is correct, this appears to be a significant change in policy.

Could you please clarify whether this is in fact the new policy, or whether there may have been a misunderstanding during the call?
