@pati_marins64 Thank for your precise analysis. Like always excellent and very well informed.
I have a question.
How do the US and Israel benefit from this new war?
@NewYorker The rich demand payment of higher interest rates for them to demand financial assets. This squeezes profit margin of banks which will rise their lending rate. This compels firms to rise expected profit rate and further keep capital contrivedly scarce. Real wages will thus fall!
@oikeios Money-capital metabolizes labor, not the other way around.
Engel's evolutionism or dialectical materialism doesn't add up. Marx's historical materialism is an other wood.
@oikeios I read Hegel and Marx, and Engels.
Isn't it rather that the dialectical subject-subject inversion implies that money-capital as a power social relation determines wage labor as an inner moment of its self-repriduction as the economic system of priva property?
Engels = nonsense!
@SteveRattner@nytopinion Wage share falls since real wages rise slower than labor productivity.
Real wages rise slower due to money wages rise slower than labor productivity & faster rise of monopolistic price mark-ups due to enhanced market power of corporations enabling them to rise their profit rate.
