The CDC said it was too dangerous for my husband to attend our baby’s first sonogram or for children to sit with their dying parents. But the virus didn’t spread if you were rioting in the streets. I don’t care what any of these people say about anything. Fire them all.
I don’t understand people who keep the window shade down on a plane. We’re 35 thousand feet in the sky. You don’t want to check out the view? We’re above the freaking clouds, for God’s sake. Humans could only dream of a view like this for millennia. And you have the shade down.
There was a time in this country, not too long ago, when a mother could afford to raise her children at home and a father could afford to buy a nice home in a safe neighborhood, pay for his children’s college, and then retire knowing his family’s future was assured.
That world was stolen from you and replaced with one where both parents—if they’re even still married—have to work just to pay the monthly bills, owning a home is a pipe dream, a new car costs $50,000, college costs 5x that, retirement is impossible, schools teach your kids to hate you instead of teaching them to read, and the police kneel to criminals instead of arresting them.
And the crooked politicians and banksters who stole that world from you will look you dead in the eye and tell you you’re simply too stupid to understand why everything now is so much better than what it was.
@drjohnm I feel like this is me. Age 44, CAC 106 1 yr ago. LDL 170 Afib 2x, otherwise healthy. Started a statin (without hesitation) LDL down to 78, and a year later I still have tremendous anxiety about that calcium score. I prob should have been on the statin regardless given the LDL.
Decision Desk HQ projects that former President Donald Trump (R) has won enough electoral votes to win the Presidency.

@nynjpaweather I have one and it's great. The higher up it is mounted, the better the readings. Mine is a couple feet above my roof line. I set up a Kindle Fire to constantly display the readings via app since it doesn't include its own display, which works fine for me.
@real_jessez@madebygoogle I say go for it. I've got the buds pro and the pixel watch (along with my 6a). It's all works seamlessly together, it's great.
@WxmanFranz Can you take him to a children's ER? You may have better luck figuring out what's going on. St Peters in New Brunswick has one. You are your son's best advocate, listen to your instinct and don't hesitate.
