A quick Google search tells me that SpaceX launched the OneWeb Launch 17 mission on March 9th ‘23 into low-orbit.. never seen anything like this, but similar stories from around this time in previous years have been covered by @NZStuff. Wonder if it’s the same thing?

Another perpendicular line of "stars" also passed about a minute later. I took a quick video and caught one frame where five of them are just visible (actual star on the right side of picture for reference - much brighter).
