Definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE = Kereigh!!! Repeat customer had another install completed by HOM and sent Kereigh a jar of raw honey. Kereigh has managed multiple projects for this customer and continues to make an undeniable positive impact on this customer's experience.
