The crypto regulatory landscape is evolving rapidly.
HOOTX is evolving with it.
Some aspects of the project will be refined to stay aligned with the changing regulatory environment.
No rush. No compromise on what matters.
More information coming soon.

We don’t reverse the order.

@_info2019 We talk a lot about equality.
Much less about this fundamental différence: In extreme situations, men protect women and Offspring because their survival is essential of the continuation of the species.
Offshore hubs like the City of London or the British Virgin Islands are not anomalies. They are the systemic symptoms of excessive taxation and stifling overregulation.
When mandatory levies and administrative complexity reach a critical threshold, capital naturally flees toward opaque structures and preferential regimes to preserve its integrity. Yet, this traditional model relies on information asymmetries and a democratic deficit that no longer meet modern security standards.
Rather than perpetuating these complex legal arrangements reserved for a privileged few, we must rethink asset architecture at its root.
This is precisely what we are building with HOOTX: breaking away from opacity by structuring a global infrastructure dedicated to asset protection. Designed to be governed by the Alliance—our decentralized community governance model—and anchored in a standard of absolute transparency (Fair Launch on Solana).
A sovereign architecture, governed by those who sustain it.
The blueprint is unfolding. Follow the build as we lay down the foundations. 🦉
Built to last.

@Digitalassete Accumulating during the dip is key. But deploying a structure to defend your profits over the long run ensures your vision is built to last. 🦉
Comparing Visa's raw volume to Solana misses the real turning point.
Visa isn't fighting blockchain anymore, they are integrating it to settle transactions.
When a Layer 1 handles over 1.1 billion weekly transactions, it is no longer just a promise, it is the infrastructure running live.
Leapfrogging to 100M compute units and slashing block times from 400ms to 200ms is a massive engineering leap, effectively quadrupling throughput capacity.
Yet, this highlights the ultimate paradox of aggressive scaling:
The harder you push raw power and speed to pack in maximum economic activity, the more you concentrate technical risks onto validators.
While top-tier professional hardware can handle this cadence today, raising the bar naturally invites a delicate structural balance, navigating the pursuit of performance dominance while trusting that hardware evolution will gracefully cushion any long-term trade-offs for decentralization.
Nevertheless, watching this level of relentless optimization and infrastructure growth unfold is precisely what keeps building in this ecosystem endlessly exciting. 🦉🛠️

The security incident hitting Oraichain underscores a formidable technical reality: the chronic vulnerability of heterogeneous cross-chain architectures.
When a protocol relies on complex communication layers, such as an EVM transfer path via an ICS-20 precompile, the slightest flaw in state verification logic can turn a bridging mechanism into a vector for uncontrolled monetary creation, reaching a staggering supply expansion of roughly 98 times the initial supply.
For a project whose history is already marked by multiple structural pivots, token restructurings, and iterative attempts at liquidity unification, this type of systemic shock weighs heavily.
Even though the immediate validator halt and ongoing collaboration with centralized exchanges to freeze flows demonstrate rapid crisis response, the reconciliation phase, which involves burning illegitimately minted balances and restoring the chain's canonical state, promises to be extremely delicate.
To address these recurring systemic flaws in DeFi, several structural solutions must be implemented to regain market confidence:
• The shift toward Zero-Knowledge Bridges: Replacing trust assumptions of multi-sigs or fragile precompile logic with cryptographic ZK-proof verification, ensuring that every cross-chain mint is mathematically backed by a true lock or burn on the source chain.
• Automated Circuit Breakers: Integrating real-time algorithmic volume and mint limits capable of automatically pausing a contract or bridge the moment an abnormal statistical anomaly (such as a sudden supply surge) is detected, well before validators intervene manually.
• Continuous Auditing and Invariant Fuzz Testing: Moving beyond point-in-time security audits by adopting continuous automated stress-testing on routing layers and EVM bridges to catch state-logic flaws before production deployment.

@saylor Generational freedom starts with building on sound money.
The foundation we lay today ensures that the next generations inherit true economic sovereignty rather than systemic dilution.
Let's build for the long horizon. 🦉

What makes this transaction particularly interesting is that it goes beyond simply adding Bitcoin to a balance sheet.
By structuring the acquisition on a Bitcoin-for-Bitcoin basis, H100 is effectively creating a framework where Bitcoin itself becomes the unit of reference for corporate M&A.
The crucial metric then becomes the one that really matters to shareholders: Bitcoin exposure per diluted share.
If that figure increases despite the issuance of new shares, dilution in share count does not necessarily mean dilution in economic exposure.
This is a fascinating development because it shows what can happen when Bitcoin treasury strategy, M&A and public capital markets start operating around the same scarce asset.
And seeing this model emerge through a Swedish-listed company acquiring Norwegian Bitcoin companies makes it a particularly interesting milestone for the European Bitcoin capital market.⚡️

@solana Dinosaur fossils becoming liquid assets… 🦖
That’s the beauty of Solana: the infrastructure is already here.
The interesting question is what we choose to build on it, and whether it’s built to last. 🛠️

This recap deserves more than a scroll-through of headlines.
BlackRock and tokenized money-market funds, gold and equities moving on-chain, Western Union stepping into payments, deepening derivatives markets, record network activity, and stronger ecosystem security: taken together, these developments point to a gradual convergence between traditional financial markets and on-chain infrastructure.
And that may be the most interesting part: functions that were once separated, issuance, liquidity, payments, trading, settlement, are increasingly able to evolve within the same programmable environment.
Other blockchains can obviously provide some of these building blocks.
The question is less "who can do it?" and more "which infrastructure offers the most coherent environment for the next step?"
That's also the lens through which architectures like HOOTX are watching Solana: capacity, execution efficiency, and an ecosystem moving fast toward tokenization, payments, and on-chain markets.
The infrastructure layer is starting to look less like a race and more like a convergence. 🦉
@kaspaunchained No central foundation or top-down governance on Kaspa: "consensus" is just the organic alignment of miners and devs on pure PoW. When the tech is undeniable, forks become no-brainers. ⛏️
