We added some pops of colour to the new poster in our room today. We're learning to be more inclusive in our relationships w/ each other. Instead of "hey guys!" or "boys & girls" try these:

We're in the Library Learning Commons! So excited to be back 😁📚 Orientation today and then, we sign out books bi-weekly. We'll also be partnering up for some hands on and group learning with our Librarian, Kelly Iggers.

Artwork inspired by today's #Indigenous #Arts #AGOschools visit with @RedSlam. Gabriel and his mom worked together to create "Floral Medicine", showing their appreciation for and connection to the universe and all it has to offer.

Didn't have DEAR Time on the schedule today. Ss noticed & begged to squeeze it in, even just 10 minutes! I love their love of reading 📚 ❤ Lights off, book boxes out, Health work pushed to the side, for now, it's time to Drop Everything And Read.

After reading @ltldrum's My Heart Fills with Happiness in the #HPAS Outdoor Classroom, Ss shared "What fills YOUR heart with happiness?" Phyllis Webstad's Orange Shirt mattered to her; we need to remember that #EveryChildMatters, on #OrangeShirtDay & every day!
