Today we celebrate and say good bye to Brad Hendrick. Brad has been an infrastructure Tech with ITS for 23 years. With a heartfelt thanks for your service for our students and staff, we wish you all the best in your future endeavours!
Congratulations to all graduating students and wishing all staff and students a safe and enjoyable summer break. Be sure to take time to disconnect from the technology and enjoy summer time fun with family and friends. See you in September!
Please be aware we are currently experiencing issues at some locations with logging into computers or devices. This is a high priority and will alert users when the issue is resolved.
Welcome back to all staff & students of @HPEschools! We look forward to supporting you throughout the 22/23 school year. Please reach out to your school-based technologist for account or equipment questions. You can also reach the central team by contacting the ITS Help Desk.
Many thanks to our @HPEschools ITS Team for their hard work to prepare classroom devices, administrative devices, system integration & account management, along with our SIS preparations for 2022/23. #teamwork
Thank you to @diannegoyetche_ Chris Michaud and Mike Evans for sharing departmental school startup info with school admin teams. Here we go! 2022-2023 school year!
It was so awesome to have the in-person operational workshop with admin teams today. Important school start messages to share. Always a great start to the school year. So great to connect face-to-face, and of course some humour! #ThisIsMeInHPE
Outage notice: Aspen Student Information System is currently offline to complete the end of year roll-over. A notice will be sent when access is restored.
Please beware of a scam related to the Roger outage this past Friday. Rogers is not asking for account or credit card info to receive a service credit.
We are aware of scam text messages being sent claiming to offer credits in the wake of yesterdayβs service interruptions. We will apply the credit proactively to your account & no action is required. If you receive a suspicious SMS, please forward it to 7726 (SPAM).
SERVICE ALERT: Rogers cellular network is currently experiencing a widespread outage. Staff with Rogers cell phones may access applications when connected to a wifi network. Monitor your cell connection for restoration in your service area.
