Diane Tirado taught eighth-grade history at West Gate K-8 in Port St. Lucie.

She assigned a two-week project. Some students submitted nothing. She entered zeros. The school handbook listed a lowest possible grade of 50%.

Administrators told her to apply it. She refused, calling it fraud to award credit for empty work.

She was still on probationary status and was terminated.

Tirado left a message on the whiteboard: “Bye Kids, Mrs. Tirado loves you and wishes you the best in life! I have been fired for refusing to give you a 50% for not handing anything in.”

The district said the decision rested on performance and interactions with students and staff, not the grading dispute.

The same soft standards keep showing up in the national numbers. The 2024 NAEP found only 22% of high school seniors proficient in math and 35% proficient in reading.

Policies that guarantee half credit for zero effort do not prepare anyone for the real world.

Islamic Republic in Iran hangs 24-Year-old woman who defended herself from sexual assault

Yesterday the regime executed Marziyeh Neyri yesterday, a young woman who was forced into marriage at age 17 and hanged for fighting back against her attacker.

Marziyeh was 18 years old when her husband's associate attempted to sexually assault her in her own home, in front of her husband. She grabbed a kitchen knife to defend herself. Her husband died in the struggle.

She told the court she had been repeatedly assaulted by her husband's associates before that day. Iran's courts didn't care.

The regime rejected her self-defense claim. Her attacker, who survived, took the stand and called her a murderer. The court believed him over her.

She was sentenced to death.

No clemency. No mercy. The sentence was carried out at Chubindar Prison in Qazvin.

Marziyeh Neyri never had a chance. Forced into marriage as a child under Iran's Islamic laws, she spent the few years of her adult life in a courtroom, fighting for her life after defending it.

She lost.

This is the Sharia Laws in Islamic Republic of Iran where a woman can be hanged for surviving.

🚨 JUST IN: Indian national Varun Batchigari, 20, accused of strangling his 19-year-old girlfriend Julissa Salazar near the University of Arizona, entered the U.S. on an F-1 student visa in 2024.

Police say Batchigari killed Salazar after she planned to break up with him, then allegedly stole her phone and posed as her in texts to her mother.

Batchigari allegedly attempted to flee to India but was arrested in Germany. The FBI is now working to extradite him to Arizona to face a first-degree murder charge.

EXPOSED: Money meant for Lewiston shooting victims went to Somali nonprofits instead.

In October 2023 a gunman k*lled 18 people in Lewiston, Maine. Donors were told 100 percent of the money raised would go to survivors and families.

Roughly $1.9 million of the $6.6 million collected was instead handed out to 29 nonprofits. At least seven had Somali ties. Each group received about $65,500, more than many individual victims got.

Iman Osman, a Somali refugee who runs the Lewiston Auburn Youth Network, took $65,000 of that money through his organization.

One week after winning a Lewiston City Council seat he resigned.

He faces two felony gun charges for receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking involving firearms. He also listed a condemned chicken restaurant as his home address.

Amy Sussman, whose nephew was k*lled in the shooting, put it plainly: they raised money for nonprofits on the backs of 18 people who were m*rdered.

Osman pleaded not guilty. A court date has not been set. The more you look, the worse it gets.

Demand answers for the families who were promised help and got leftovers instead.

The data being referenced is from Council on Criminal Justice and it shows crime days through 2025

- Nationwide crime days showed a 36% decline since 2021
- Houston Texas which is heavily saturated with flock only saw a 36% reduction in crime during this same time period

Meaning the crime rate fell at the same rate whether there were flock cameras or not

Keep in mind there are 3,800 flock cameras in the Houston area so you would logically expect the decline in crime to be much greater, but homicides only fell at the national average
