We are HPU Pro Bono Physical Therapy Clinic! The Pro Bono Clinic is the only full-time operating pro bono PT clinic in North Carolina providing equitable access to expert care. #pt#community#triad#healthcare
It’s Turkey Day at the Pro Bono Clinic! Thanks to the generosity of Rev. Richard Payne and the Department of Physical Therapy students, faculty, and staff, we are able to give each of our patients a Thanksgiving meal!! #grateful
A big thank you to #PreacherPayne & some great #HPUAEDprehealth students! It was a beautiful fall day to get in the last harvest for a bit! Now the @HPUProBonoPT Community Garden is beautiful - they even did some planting!
👀at these @hpu_dpt students talking about the importance of #advocacy and pro bono PT care during the @APTAtweets Future of Physical Therapy Summit. @HPUProBonoPT 🤩 @kahspt
Do you have lots of plastic grocery bags accumulating in your closet and need to get rid of them? Bring them to the Pro Bono Clinic! We are very low on plastic bags that we use to pack food from our food pantry. Come by anytime between 9am-3pm M-F. Thanks!
Today we celebrate MacKenzie, Breanna, and Kiernan for finishing their first semester as undergraduate aides! They brought a lot of joy, hard work, and fresh ideas to the clinic this summer. We can’t wait to have them back in the fall with our returning aides!
Help us spread the word!! The Pro Bono Clinic undergraduate aides have organized a food drive for the first week of August. Details are included in the graphic below. We appreciate your support of the Pro Bono Clinic and High Point community!
Lots of fresh vegetables for our patients to enjoy thanks to the hard work of Preacher Payne and the Class of 2023!! Thank you all for making it possible - lots of hours watering, weeding, and harvesting the veggies.
Our patients are amazing!! One of our former patients stopped by to say hello and and donate food to the pantry, wanting to “pay it forward” and share kindness with current patients 🎉 #generosity#community
We are so grateful for our summer SuRF (Summer Research Fellowship) students. Together they are organizing data and coming up with research questions here @HPUProBonoPT.
@AliciaE_Physio has been awarded the @APTAtweets societal impact award. Her work @HPUProBonoPT makes our society better. Well deserved. So proud! 🎉
