Can we please have feedback on all the houses out in Bergbron. This is the 3rd outage in 4 weeks.
Currently we are now off for 36 hours.
Running total for the three outages over 150 hours.
Tickets still show as created. And no response from CP

@CityPowerJhb 28 hours out in Bergbron and no Citypower in sight. 4 weeks ago it took 102 hours for CO to come out and took 10 min to fix.

All houses on the yellow phase is out. Please come and fix.. this is an ongoing issue for the last 2 years because you only patch

Maybe time to look at the Roodepoort SDC and its staff and management. Also get help from other SDC . Because too many areas off and no staff

@Our_DA @helenzille our area has now had no power for 96 hours. Instead of trying to help the DA councillors just keeps passing the buck. They more interested in political games than helping the people that voted them in.

We are now down 80 hours and not one acknowledgement has been received.

Your call centre just drops calls as well.

While CP enjoyed a lekker long weekend we sat in the dark . Useless
And the councillors also useless as they also enjoy their long weekend
