The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasn’t a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began.
The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they can’t build the nuclear bomb they weren’t building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didn’t start.
Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have.
If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.
You dont want a yacht. You dont want a big house. You dont want a super car, a $40,000 watch, or shoes you worry about getting dirty. You want free will.
You want to wake up naturally on a Tuesday and you want to go to bed when you’re done having fun. You want to say yes to everything that excites you without having to request time off. You want to go to the the gym at noon, in absolutely no hurry. You want to spend 18 hours a day doing what you love. You want to be exactly where you desire being, always. You want to spend as much time with the people you care about as possible.
You’re saying you wanna be rich? In what?
The older you get, the more you realize luck is just exposure.
If you sit in the same chair, same routine, talking to same people… nothing new happens.
You have to touch the world to win.
• Talk to strangers
• try a new coffee spot
• post on social
• Start a side hustle
The world rewards motion.
You don’t find opportunity sitting still.
You bump into it.
Ontario Real Estate Market Gets Better Next Year? NOPE Time For A History Lesson
I was around for the last Ontario RE Bubble
History doesn't really repeat itself & nothing is ever a perfect duplicate

Watch Scott Galloway eviscerate Trump, Scott Bessent, and their fucked-up tariff policy that has alienated our allies, bankrupted working class families, and destroyed the "envy of the world" economy President Biden handed to Dirty Donald. 😳👇
Toronto’s NIMBYs live on another planet than the rest of us.
This woman lives in Trinity-Bellwoods, one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the entire country specifically because of its vibrant small businesses and mixed urbanism.
Most normal people can only dream of living in this expensive neighbourhood.
90% of people react to the best slice of pizza in the city opening around the corner from them with a “this is awesome”.
But not this crank! Yet, Toronto Councillors decided to cater to the handful of miserable voices who look at local success and say “you know what, this sucks actually, we should have less of it”.
Wake up and immediately look at small screen before clocking 8 hours behind medium screen. Take a few breaks to check in on small screen. Go home and spend a few hours staring at big screen to wind down before getting into bed and looking at small screen.
Living the dream.
Went to an estate sale today.
Crazy how much time we spend chasing material possessions, curating our homes, acquiring things, acting like we’re going to live forever.
Then one day, sooner than you think, your family will take the good stuff before strangers dig through what's left, looking for deals. No attachment, no emotion, zero care at all for you or your life.
It was a good reminder.
What actually matters is family, love, relationships, memories. Not the material stuff. Not the money.
You don't take any of it with you.
Powerful: Josh Allen was asked why he didn't look to break Dak Prescott's $60M per year record on his new extension:
"I know it's weird to say, but what's $5M more gonna do for my life right now that I can't already do? …I live a really good life. Got a house, got a car. We're good."
Allen is a class act and wants to do what's best for his team.
👏👏👏

The Elizabeth Line this year moved more people than the 18 lanes of the 401 freeway, the widest in North America.
Traffic is simply a geometry problem, and adding one more lane won't fix it.
