The world is witnessing a breakdown in American leadership, and as Canadians, many of us have reached our absolute limit.

It is complete nonsense that Pete Hoekstra must repeatedly reassure us that Trump is "serious" about tariff threats over wildfire smoke.

Come on, bud..

If a president needs a secondary backup to prove he isn't joking, nobody takes his word seriously anyway.

For nearly two years, this administration has delivered nothing but bluster and media-manipulating gimmicks, turning a once respected nation into a global laughingstock.

Canadians wonder if the president even understands basic wind patterns or the jet stream at all.

Threatening penalties over weather is like trying to tariff the very air we breathe.

Beyond this daily circus. show, this White House has made massive international blunders that shattered global stability...

We all know, internationally, that this president is deeply unpopular, and the American electorate will not forget the damage done to their country's global standing.

And as for us? ...

Canadians are seriously sick of waking up to the temper tantrums of a volatile man baby who sees himself as a leader.

These hollow threats are just empty promises meant to feed an insecure ego.

This toxic behavior is deeply exasperating for Canada and the international community.

While the planet tries to tackle real global crises, these childish, headline-seeking stunts stall progress for everyone.

- The world does not see a strong leader putting "America First"—it sees an insecure toddler desperately crying to be the biggest guy in the room.

For Canadians, and for most people around the world, November cannot come soon enough.

The number of Americans making jokes about Canada’s wildfire smoke is pretty pathetic.

When your forests are burning, Canada sends firefighters, aircraft, equipment, and crews without hesitation. We don’t sit online making memes while your communities are evacuated.

Smoke doesn’t stop at a border. Wildfires don’t care what flag you wave. We help because that’s what good neighbours do.

So maybe show a little gratitude, or at the very least keep the smug comments to yourselves. Acting like assholes while Canadians are losing homes and firefighters are risking their lives isn’t the flex you think it is.

WOW! THIS IS A CONFESSION: Tom Tillis just delivered a hard clapback to Trump on the Senate floor: "Mr. President, people are misleading you." He was talking about the SAVE Act.

But here's what else he admitted—he said let's get this government funded.

Wait, I thought firing 300,000 federal workers and gutting healthcare and education was supposed to save money?

Republicans are still begging for cash. Tillis openly admitted they want to use reconciliation—their cheat code to bypass every Democratic vote. No debate. No democracy. Just ram it through.

Here's what the SAVE Act really does: It forces every voter to show a passport or birth certificate with their exact current legal name. 69 million married women? Their birth certificates don't match. College ID? Rejected. Driver's license? Not enough. But a hunting license? That works. You'd have to go to a government office, wait in line, and hope your paperwork is perfect—just to vote in the country you were born in.

Republicans hold 23 state trifectas—total one-party rule with no checks or balances. They call themselves the "party of states' rights"—but not one of those 23 states has passed the SAVE Act. If this was really about "election security," why haven't they done it where they have total power?

Because it's not about security. It's about making sure women and people of color can't vote. Tillis admitted it on the floor. This is a poll tax. It's discriminatory. It's unconstitutional. They're desperate because they know they can't win fair elections.

The cruelty isn't a bug—it's the whole point.
