As I discussed on stream at recent conferences, we are expecting rulemaking actions by the SEC (and likely other agencies) regarding crypto.

After a draft rule is published in the Federal Register (you can set alerts for things like "defi" or whatever word you want to pay attention to), you have the opportunity to make comments or suggestions on the proposed rule, which the govt is required to review and consider.

If enough people make enough noise (positive or negative), it can have an effect on the final rule.

You will have a chance to have your voices heard.

And although Richard (and #Hex #PLS & #PLSX) did beat the SEC's claims related to offering, registration, and fraud, it doesn't mean that future regulatory actions that might apply to CEXs (for example) couldn't cast a wide enough net to impact us. It is not unusual at all for agency rules to catch more fish with their nets than originally intended.

So watch for these rules, read them thoroughly, and comment on them (good or bad) so the govt hears our voices.

We are at a unique time in history, and we understand crypto far better than the govt does.

@hopperlife I have a lot of hair that requires 2X product. Minimum $250-300 not including tip in my smaller city. $500 seems pretty normal for a reputable stylist. Color correction alone can cost well over $500. I don’t go often but once you start to grey there’s constant upkeep
