@endurance I spoke to 3 different associates who lacked any kind of empathy for the situation. I took the car in to the manufacturer dealer for required maintenance and was told it voided the claim. Somehow the dealer doesn't know what is good for their brand of car? Awful service.

@endurance I filed a claim for an engine repair that was approved by the appraiser, but denied because I took my car to a dealer for regular maintenance. I am beyond disappointed in your level of customer care, understanding, and empathy. CLAIM CL12688587.

@endurance Thank you. I am being denied the claim because I actually maintained the vehicle. I wouldn't argue if I neglected the maintenance, but that isn't the case. I may have to file a claim with the state attorney general. Heartbreaking to spend over $3k for a warranty you can't trust.

@Logo_Daedalus Her company's technology diagnosed patients with fraudulent results that had real implications on people's lives while at the same time lying about the technology itself to investors, customers, and regulators. Fraud is a light term here for her and those complicit.
