It’s to do with the culture of the organisation.
If I know my organisation doesn’t tolerate certain behaviours then I have the confidence to challenge these types of behaviours. #HRHour

@HRSamC I read a really good tip : Make them repeat what they said - a) they will realise their mistake and feel embarassed or b) they will repeat it differently.
Takes some gutts to ask the question but seems powerful.
