@AmazonHelp I’ve found the tracking number but it still says it’s out for delivery. Can you tell me when I’ll receive the item please? Amazon shows it as delivered, Hermes says it’s out for delivery and delivery has been attempted though I’ve got no calling card. Thanks

@AmazonHelp I keep getting notifications to say Hermes will deliver my item then get a message saying they’ve been unable to deliver it. Now it’s saying the item was delivered on 26 Nov but isn’t showing a tracking number. Can you advise where the item is please?
