Seeing videos of Knicks fans attacking Spurs fans is just sad.

Back in 2014, I went to Boston for Lakers vs. Celtics and worked up the courage to wear a Lakers jersey. While I was "behind enemy lines," every interaction I had with Celtics fans was nothing more than banter and light-hearted fun. Never once did it become hostile, let alone violent.

At the end of the day, it's just basketball. It's not that deep, and it's certainly not worth physically assaulting someone because they support a different team.
