👋 Meet Patch – the Halton Regional Police Service’s very first police mascot!
A special thank you to everyone who took part in the naming contest, where we received more than 80 submissions! Patch’s name was submitted by Alysia Poirier, a resident from Milton. She chose Patch as it speaks to the police patch we wear with pride, but more importantly, represents the connection between our Service and the #Halton community we are honoured to serve.
🐶 🐾 Whether it’s sniffing their way into community events or lending a paw with youth programming and education initiatives, Patch will help strengthen the positive relationships between police and the community we proudly serve.
REMINDER – we’re still accepting applications for our FREE M.Y. Camp program!
