Migrants driving unlicensed cars! Migrants in Chicago are now driving cars without drivers' licenses, no plates or registrations. How are they getting these cars? The cars are either stolen or they are buying them. How can they afford to buy them? Who is selling them these cars? That leads me to believe that most of these cars are stolen. If the migrants are driving stolen or unlicensed cars, they are also driving without insurance. There are more than 100 hit and run accidents per day in Chicago and that doesn't include the thousands of accidents caused by uninsured drivers. (If you've ever been hit by an uninsured driver - you know you get the short end of the stick despite uninsured motorist coverage) I am currently suing the a$$hole who ran a red light, totaled my car and fled the scene on foot (I have the surveillance video)- I almost died that day, on Christmas Eve in 2021 and I thank God that I'm still here. He wasn't insured either. But thousands of other people haven't been as lucky as I was. So, why is #Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson allowing this and putting more resident lives at risk? #thatreporter
