Last week, was the first time I ever heard of crab soccer and they let me judge the competition @mrhelemschool. The kids definitely brought the energy, the laughs & some serious crab walking skills.

The new putting green at the high school serves a dual purpose. It provides a practice space for our golf teams and an instructional space for our physical education teachers. Exposure opens doors.
Not every leadership moment is planned. While observing, I noticed a student without a partner. The priority was not a picture. It was belonging.
This is why the work matters.
Enjoyed my time today with @RayReedMO. The relationships with state representatives matter as they create a direct line between policy and practice, ensuring that the decisions made at the state level are informed by the lived experiences of our students and educators.
District strategy only matters if it lives in classrooms. As superintendent, I stay visible in schools alongside our principals to see our priorities in action.
At MRH we use Community Conversations to engage families around topics that matter most to them and strengthen the school to home partnership. This month we explored RP including affective questions, I statements, and ways to work with children rather than doing things to them.
