In Hawaii, a lot of people vote Democrat because that’s how they were raised. But privately, most say the same thing: big government is ripping them off and they just want to be left alone.
Government needs to listen. Most residents here are fiscally conservative and socially liberal. Stop seizing so much of our money, get out of our way, and we’ll do just fine. Prioritize crime, homelessness, and potholes.
