Yesterday, our volunteers packed 25 lb 215 grocery bags. Today, Sewa International & HSS Volunteers along with ITServ drove 3 1/5 hour drive one way to Albany, Ga in delivering around 5,500 pound of groceries to needy families. Our volunteers also served fruits and snacks.
Raksha Bandhan is an annual Hindu ceremony. Celebrated on the full-moon day of the Hindu month of Sravana (July/August) and translates literally to "bond of protection".
