@Acer_India I did drop the email, and their response was the same that I need to contact their service center and get it checked by them. What do you think, what kind of hardware problem only arises in a particular version of windows and not on other Operating Systems?
@Acer is the most careless company in terms of updates. I have a Nitro 5 AN515-44 which was said to be compatible with windows 11, but since the update, I am facing many issues like screen flickering, sudden windows freeze and crashing, black screen on startup.
@Acer_India It is showing that my laptop is upgradable, acer site is showing my laptop is upgradable, yet when I upgrade, I face the issue. Due to such negligence of @Acer I have faced many issue. You can check the device community posts, you will find many such cases.

@Acer_India In windows 11, the screen freezes suddenly mid work and most of the time, when the laptop starts, the screen remains black after the initial acer logo, for both the problem I have to force restart the system by pressing the power button. Also the sound starts to stutter suddenly.
@Acer_India My current BIOS version is 1.04, currently I am stuck with windows 10 and Manjaro Linux in dual boot. I had installed window 11, but I was having problems, hence reverted back to windows 10.
@Acer_India I have shared the Serial number, and I don't want that "you will need a tecnician visit", how will the technician know whether I need the BIOS update or not. 99% of indian technicians only have the knowledge to swap parts and there ends their knowledge base about computers.

@Acer In private message you say to contact @Acer_India, and when I contact them they say that I need a technician visit and they will check. Bro, I have a Master's Degree in CS, so I know what I am talking about. The technicians in India only knows to replace parts, not how it works.
@Acer Yes, I have updated the BIOS to the latest available version. I am not facing any issue with Windows 10 or any other Linux Distros. So the possibility of any hardware issue is not there. I have also tried to clean install window 11, but the problem persist.
@Acer There is nothing we can't talk here. The problem I am talking about is related to fTPM issues related to AMD processors. Its fix has been released since 2022, but the last updated BIOS by Acer is of March 2021. How is it justified, that @acer does not provide important fixes.
If I would have received the right product, why would I apply for the return of that product and reorder the same product 2nd time, how are you getting your records from?
@Meesho_Official what the fu*k is wrong with you, first of all 90% of times you send wrong product, and when we apply for return you give excuse like "according to our records, we have sent you right product, so the product cannot be returned".
@Acer We should talk here, It is not the problem that only I am facing, most of the users of Acer Nitro 5 Model AN515-44 is facing the similar issue due to Acer's negligence of providing an BIOS update to fix the AMD processor's issue. AMD has already released the fix in 2022.

They haven't even released the BIOS update which was meant to solve the AMD TPM issue, which was released by the AMD in 2021. Even they know that it has issues with windows 11, that's why you will also not find any driver for Windows 11 in their website for this laptop.
