COW: Torticollis
SYMPTOMS:
•Enlargement of the neck muscles (possibly present at birth)
•Asymmetry of an infant’s head from sleeping on the affected side
•Elevation of the shoulder on the affected side
•Stiffness of the neck muscles
•Limited range of motion
Exercise of the Month: Runner’s Pivot
Performing this exercise teaches you to isolate and strengthen specific stabilizing muscles in the knee and ankle (helping with balance and gate), along with the glute muscles which stabilize the pelvis to keep the lower body in alignment.

A great tool for myofascial release!! It increases blood flow and nutrient flow to the area which decreases recovery time. By keeping the muscles loose and hydrated it decreases risk of injury as well.
