@irentdumpsters@BlackLabelAdvsr Probably mid 400’s- 500’s my guess. We got in ‘22 right as the market went ballistic. West Hartford area is #1 RE market in the country now. We are in SE CT though so it’s much cheaper than the Greenwich-Stamford areas or Darian and what not.
Guess it depends on the individual. Put 16 yrs into NYC, live in CT countryside now and have never been happier. 30 min to Hartford airport, 15-20 min to both casinos, 20-30 min to beaches and can get to both NYC and Boston in 2 -3 hrs if need be. Ppl don’t realize your commute in the city can still be 45min-1hr depending on traffic, subway fucked up or for fucks sake if the UN is in town lol.
