When the man was coming to the Entebbe–Kitoro side to visit PDM beneficiaries, security instructed UEDCL to remove all overhead wires, including meters on poles and its service cables apparently for fear they might spark as he passes.

As a result, the area went seven days without electricity ⚡️

Now imagine the business owners there where most people who literally live hand to mouth ,forced to shut down or struggle through an entire week without power.
