Self care list for families. Many instinctively do some of these things, but try to incorporate something from at least three categories daily. Going outside covers several categories in one activity. This will make a positive difference in your mental wellbeing. #selfcare

3 things for teachers to remember:
1) Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. It’s not a time for perfection; it’s a time for grace.
2) The students would still love to hear from you. Stay connected if you can.
3) Take care of yourself and your family. They’re still your #1.
Flexible, adjust, rethink... the important things for new virtual routines. 1 Ss who had necessities moved in w/ relative because a parent has Covid 19 and now doesn’t have internet access. There will be more of these scenarios. His/her wellbeing trumps learning right now.
Schools, as we begin week three. Remember We have increasing cases of the virus. We have increased number of unemployment claims. We still have shortages at grocery stores. Higher stress & depression among children & adults. Let’s fill the GAP w/ Love
