A vibrant tribute to Haitian culture, artists, artisans, heritage, and the enduring spirit of our people.
On this day in 1803, Catherine Flon stitched together more than a flag. She helped create a symbol of freedom, unity, and the birth of the first Black republic. 223 years later, our flag still carries the pride and hope of Haitians everywhere. Bonne Fête du Drapeau. (Art by Tofu)

The Embassy of Haiti in London hosted a private screening of Mon Pote Bruce by Haitian filmmaker Dave Fils Aimé, named Best Documentary Director at UK’s Film Fest International. A powerful story of a 19 year old whose dreams were cut short and a testament to Haitian storytelling.
Today, Amb. Manuel sat with Mr. Michel Philistin, the patriarch of the Haitian community in London. A son of Cap Haïtien, he made the UK his home in the 1960s, and he has been a constant presence, a bridge between generations, and a guardian of Haitian identity far from home.
The embassy welcomed El Salvador’s Ambassador Francisco Lima for a great exchange on security, capacity building for our police and defence forces, and trade. @flimamena
