Cuando lo leí, pensé: qué horror, pero no puedo hacer nada.

Pero en realidad siempre podemos hacer algo:
- no juzgar a los migrantes
- ni juzgar a otros antes de saber qué pasó
- empujar para que se de más apoyo a refugiados
- incluir a los migrantes en nuestras ciudades

Esto es una tragedia. 39 personas murieron ayer en un incendio en un centro de migración del gobierno en la frontera norte. Los migrantes ahí llevan meses abrumados y con mucho miedo: de ser deportada/os bajo acuerdos de EEUU y México.

Este incendio es el "tip of the iceberg". Las personas llegan huyendo de violencia, ya agotaron sus opciones en sus países. Se quedan sin recursos porque es casi imposible trabajar.

La ciudad dice que se siente abrumada. Faltan recursos, servicios para apoyar más a las personas.

Hi, self-doubt 🤯 I just wrote an application to a leadership development program. Just a few questions on what amazing accomplishments I have on my record.

Boy, did I freeze 🫠 I thought, there are such few things I can list let’s better not apply. And decided not to write it.

It seems like many people struggle with seeing themselves realistically. Recently I learned from @BreneBrown that what’s often in my way is perfectionism, comparison, and not feeling worthy.
