昨天和美女姐姐@Rae1A1z聊天，我是看着她短时间内积累大量粉丝起来的，且状态账号良好很健康。在嘴撸占据时间线之后，我去问她有没有做嘴撸，她急忙跟我说不不不，太伤账号流量了。随即又表示了对我流量的惋惜。其他大博主其实也跟我讲过同样的话。

同时我和另一个朋友@ledger_loop聊了很久，算是圈里的一个小前辈，他发的帖子我看到的还是比较中肯的，也记录了一些真实的情况。我们没办法知道KOL们自身的真实情况，比如韩区和英区的帖子为什么霸榜？腰部以下KOL的真实嘴撸情况是什么？我在他帖子里看到的跟我想的是一样的，大家看了估计也能找到共鸣。。。https://t.co/bdNUS6HEdr 今天ledger老师也宣布退出kaito平台换打法。

🙂对比一下，自从cookie- spark出事之后，大家一窝蜂的转到kaito上。说白了，头部KOL抱怨是因为自己有资本，同样的资源下为什么不拿大的。把资源押在cookie这个新晋平台上无非也是因为贪心想做更大的杠杆，这无可厚非，人都是这样的。但后期大家讲自己判断失误，又回到kaito，短期内在kaito上头部们也是能拿到结果的。这一切都是因为头部们有原始资本积累和数据在，底层挣���的黑奴们看到了表面的现象就开始无脑冲。大家不想一下，跨越阶级真就那么容易吗？同时还要感谢cookie在这拉了坨大的，要不然kaito也不至于迎来鼎盛时期。说这些没有抱怨，只是蛇姐希望自己能更清醒的看到现状。

经过了这一天一夜的研究与思考，蛇姐接下来的方向也要换了，我也不希望再继续伤害我的账号了。我希望把野心明晃晃的展示出来，志同道合的朋友会理解我也许会支持我，如果有,非常欢迎大家，就三条:

蛇姐是6.27日当天在cookie的spark项目正式发了空投消息之后，才真正心凉的。当天的感受是：虽然不后悔自己选择了这早班车去赌一把，但也属实是觉得cookie没啥意思了。我不知道cookie还有没有后劲，或者说有没有奇迹发生。但是，蛇姐说过，蛇姐要保持着旺盛的生命力和野心 ，这个平台凉了，肯定是立即改变决策��于是6.28就跳槽开始发文章了，之前也发过，但一直没名分。。。蛇姐就一个宗旨：一切都是奔着money出发的！所以未来希望在无数次的实验中我可以真正的拿到一些大结果，进而成为大家的灯塔~

下面蛇姐给大家分享一下关于kaito破零的经历和感受，在此也拜读了其他老师的文章，复盘了一下原因，仅供参考，各位别太当真~~

【一】内容：经典即永恒。
说人话就是：好好写文章。蛇姐自己有私心，希望各位是凭实力卷内容，不希望环境被搞浮躁了自己也被影响。蛇姐从来都是先去找项目的白皮书仔细阅读之后，靠自己的理解和亲身经历，结合ai帮我突破的信息壁垒去写文章，这样写出来的文章是有血有肉的。

一方面，我们不能说闭门造车跟不上社会的趋势，毕竟ai真的很好用。人们永远都是跟随���会趋势才能取得成就，这个错不了。

但同时我也要提醒各位KOL一句，人云亦云永远不能让你真正站稳脚跟。大家都在说kaito公平，那就一起来维护这个环境，拿着ai文复制有啥意思，各位不感觉很浮躁吗~kaito也不会喜欢的。当你真正站在一定思维高度、而不那么急切于一时的蝇头小利，那么对于绝大部分人和平台机制，就会是妥妥的降维打击。这话也是蛇姐自身实验成功，才敢跟大家说的，虽然0.66不算多，但是挺吉利。。。。哈哈，自己理解比较多的文章详情，可见6月27日我写的Camp Network。

【二】互动：和大V联动。

【三】方向：抓热点/拆解项目底层逻辑
①比较需要注意的是你写的项目和kaito的推特官方发布的一些帖子，我们得及时看。如果有些重要信息，各位也要结合白皮书和本条消息写出自己的理解，把意义讲清楚。及时追热点的话，kaito和项目官方估计都会比较容易看到。
②每个项目看起来再高大上，本质上都是在做一些能够落实到现实生活中的事情。不要害怕或逃避去探究项目的底层逻辑，我知道当各位最终拆解出一个非常简单的项目逻辑时，心灵也许会有所冲击。但是没关系，投研的本质就是这样的，你有化繁为简、化简为繁的能力时，也就有了基本的币圈投研能力。我认为这是做投研类KOL的基本要求。

我这几天的官网数据如下：
周四 0.11分、 排名1430名
周六 0.164分、排名 1270名
（这时候我还不以为然甚至想要放弃。。。结果。。。）
周日0.48分！！！排名565名！！！

本来都感觉到对于加分望而却步迷茫了，当天正在给自己放假休息，去给自己耳朵穿了几个孔🤣，结果无意间点开官网看到这个数据我心态直接起飞了。那一刻我就知道，这个@cookiedotfun我肯定是要舔到底了，难道是@cookiedotfun和@JoinSapien听到了我上一篇的苦苦哀求，然后真的下达了神谕告诉了他的孩子自己没有被抛弃！（甚至@sparkfinance在我都已经因为上车晚放弃更文的情况下还给我持续加0.02分，排名也是躺着提升了一千名）

由此我开始特别重视排名，等我睡了一觉再起来看排名又往下掉了一百名，瞬间浑身难受！😈经历过��波波动之后，蛇姐心态说实话是稳了，跪着舔也要舔到底！sapien这个项目是我上车还算比较早的项目，spark已经成为了我心中的一个遗憾，入场太晚反应太慢，sapien开始我一定会抓的牢牢的！！（失去的一切我都要夺回来！！）

回忆了一下，涨分幅度大也许有这么几个原因（以下都是猜测！）：
①和大v互动（在此也感谢曾经友好和我互动过的大佬，感恩有你们！蛇蛇一定会谨记在心的，有朝一日希望也能帮到各位朋友！）
②每天更新、用心写推文（我是绝对不允许ai自动生成的文案直接不变成我的帖子的，在这个流量为王的时代，我仍然相信经典永不过时，这个道理适用于做任何事情，机会来临的时候我们才有稳固的根基去抓住。所以我都会经过理解去写文章。）
③写双语，因为看榜单很多都是外国大佬，英区热度比较高。能更多语言也可以试试。
④质押我也会尽快跟上的，这一条我刚反应过来很重要，目前质押也是非常重要的趋势，还是要配合项目方实现双赢。

一点前言：
嘿嘿，继声势浩大的@sparkfinance之后，Sapien可谓是势如破竹，让我这个刚入行只赶了一个末班车的小白又重新看到了希望，同时也获得了很多素材和机会😇。昨天就开始扒Sapien，今天咱们继续深挖，还是那句话，咱不是闭着眼跪舔项目方的人，如果真有什么细节被我扒出来了，绝不为五斗米折腰哈哈，玩的就是真诚！！跟咱之前说的一样，细水长流是目标和理想！（我有点贪心哈哈哈一鱼多吃了，不过弱肉强食的世界不搞点花活怎么能占据大家的视野呢，我们天蝎确实爱玩点刺激哈哈🤣）

其实到现在为止我看到的也有一些小槽点，不过都是很小的细节，比如我自己做任务的时候我发现我标记错了一些，但也没有任何提示，据我的了解应该是后期还要审核，但感觉确实这个机制和我前一篇说的问题一样，会出现工作量激增的情况，但应该这也是目前综合情况下效率最高的方式了吧？🧐

目前比较抓我眼球的一点就是Sapien的白皮书项目介绍实在是太全面了····跟之前我看到的一些AI项目比，全面到什么地步呢····🧑‍💻白皮书总共有11个分类，其中Network growth rewards（网络增长奖励）和Protocol econmics（协议经济学）也是分类进行公开的，大家作为被吸纳的AI trainer（AI训练师，即用户）可以于前者分类里面了解自己在网络中的活动可以具体得到什么报酬;但是如果你想全面了解Sapien的项目方是如何设置整个项目的代币或是任何奖励机制，以及整个项目经济层面的状况，可以在后者分类里面详细了解。

这样的仔细分类，会让我觉得项目方很用心的在建设自己的各种框架，白皮书思路和逻辑也是比较恰到好处的，既不会让你觉得读起来感觉被忽悠了，又不会太简单，没什么好了解的。 😊

我看到白皮书这一栏的团队与生态系统这里介绍的很官方，相比之下更让我惊喜的是我今天无意间点进Sapien的官网里，看到了更丰富的内容展示。🥳其中在Resourses（资源）的Testimonials（评价）栏里有三个成员，并不是什么首席运营官之类，而是自己的出色员工介绍。我看了一下这三位成员的工作经历，确实让我这个不熟悉项目的人有了不一样的感觉，今天的惊喜就是这个细节带给我的。也许项目方是想通过这种方式展示自己内部团队的和谐，不管怎么样，我看了之后反正挺动容的。

🧑‍🔬其中家晓是第一位团队里的中国员工，主领数学模型训练，在人工智能的模型中数学一直是一个薄弱环节，家晓一个人慢慢见证并带领了整个Sapien数学区域的团队建设。这说明Sapien是真实的经历过漫长的成长期的，写到这里的时候，蛇老师（就是我嘻嘻）正在听dj-busy busy，这个歌听得蛇老师本身就很燃（虽然不知道在燃什么····），然后看到后面说家晓原本希望从事技术型学术工作的，结果，他发现自己从事的是实际操作的数据项目，并发现应用人工智能工作不仅同样能带来智力上的满足感，而且这让他感觉更有激情和活力时，我简直起了鸡皮疙瘩。😆这跟蛇老师（还是我···）的经历好像，我特别能明白这种身怀一技之长最终找到热爱的领域，甚至是发现了更多惊喜的感觉。

这就和蛇老师一头扎进web3.0的领域里拔不出来一样的感觉，现在的推就是蛇老师的天下，能在热爱的领域里专心学习成长是一件很幸福的事情，这样状态下的项目建设人（我不想单一的称之为员工）是会将自己的人生都投身于工作的，在整个人生中都保持着巨大的的热情。🤓

说实话家晓所描述的这一幕是比较符合我对web3.0的工作环境的理想规划的，这让我突然对Sapien的项目好感爆棚，现在在我眼里Sapien不仅是一个项目，更是一个公司的强大文化底蕴，经历过漫长的成长期的耕耘，人们应该看到的应该不仅仅是一个项目能给的rewards（奖励）是多少，大家的辛苦耕耘与建设更应该被看到，这是我们除了项目强大的代币经济之外更应该产生信任的一点。

I started digging into Sapien yesterday, and today we’re diving deeper. As I’ve said before, I’m not someone who blindly fawns over project teams. If I uncover any details, I won’t bend for a mere five pecks of rice, haha—I’m all about sincerity!! Like I mentioned earlier, steady progress is my goal and ideal! (I’m a bit greedy, haha, trying to kill multiple birds with one stone. But in this dog-eat-dog world, how can you capture everyone’s attention without some flair? Us Scorpios do love a bit of thrill, haha.)

A Little Foreword:

So far, I’ve noticed a few minor gripes, but they’re just small details. For example, when I was doing tasks, I realized I mislabeled some things, but there was no prompt or hint. From what I understand, there’ll be a review later, but it feels like this mechanism, as I mentioned in my previous post, could lead to a surge in workload. Still, this is probably the most efficient approach under the current circumstances, right?

What really caught my eye is how incredibly comprehensive Sapien’s whitepaper project introduction is… Compared to other AI projects I’ve seen, how comprehensive is it? The whitepaper is divided into 11 categories, with Network Growth Rewards and Protocol Economics openly detailed as separate sections. As an AI trainer (i.e., a user), you can check the former to understand exactly what rewards you’ll get for your activities in the network. But if you want a full picture of how the Sapien team designed the project’s token or reward mechanisms and the overall economic landscape, you can dive into the latter for detailed insights.

This meticulous categorization makes me feel that the team is genuinely dedicated to building their frameworks. The whitepaper’s logic and structure strike a perfect balance—it doesn’t feel like it’s trying to hype you up, nor is it too simplistic with nothing substantial to explore.

The Team and Ecosystem section in the whitepaper felt quite formal, but what surprised me even more was stumbling upon Sapien’s official website today. I found richer content there, especially in the Resources section under Testimonials, which featured three team members—not fancy titles like Chief Operating Officer, but standout employees. Reading about their work experiences gave me, someone unfamiliar with the project, a fresh perspective. This detail was today’s highlight for me. Maybe the team wanted to showcase their internal harmony this way, but regardless, I was genuinely touched after reading it.

Among them, Jiaxiao, the first Chinese employee on the team, leads mathematical model training. Mathematics has always been a weak link in AI models, and Jiaxiao single-handedly witnessed and spearheaded the development of Sapien’s math division. This shows that Sapien has truly gone through a long growth period. As I’m writing this, Snake Teacher (that’s me, hehe) is listening to DJ-Busy Busy, which is already hyping me up (though I’m not sure what I’m hyped about…). Then, reading that Jiaxiao originally aspired to pursue technical academic work but discovered that working on practical data projects not only brought intellectual satisfaction but also sparked passion and vitality—I got goosebumps! It’s so similar to my own experience as Snake Teacher (yep, still me…). I totally get that feeling of having a skill, finding a field you love, and uncovering even more surprises along the way.

It’s just like how Snake Teacher dove headfirst into the Web3.0 world and can’t get enough of it. Twitter is my playground now, and being able to focus on learning and growing in a field I love is pure bliss. Project builders in this state (I don’t want to just call them employees) pour their entire lives into their work, maintaining immense passion throughout their journey.

不过今天刷到有些KOL跟我的想法是差不多的，“经典永不过时”，做嘴撸的最大收益我认为应该还是流量复利，过程要努力尽力，但眼光和心态要放长远，细水长流的来。作为KOL，自身也应该对于维护舆论环境有一定的责任感，认真投研是根本，结果起飞是必然。😇

OK，那么今天我抱着试试看的态度去查了一下sapien，首先推上和我刚才说的一样，各种AI对话的语言复制的帖子直接刷屏，看的我心烦，很少有写的通俗角度新颖，有自己理解的帖子。

🧐于是我去找了官网白皮书。原汁原味的虽然没办法直接轻松读懂，但是慢慢浏览了一遍，百分之八十五还是可以的，结合中文我又看了一遍，试着做了一下官网的任务内容。现在给大家通俗的拆解一下这个项目的构架（可能一篇拆不完，我们慢慢讲，大家可以根据我提供的一些线索去判断这个项目的价值）。

正文开始（基本架构介绍篇）：
首先官网的白皮书目录是非常详细的，第一印象很好很加分。明确了项目融资1550万美金，由Variant Fund领投，Animoca Brands、Base等参投，这个在rootdata上都能查到，挺权威。🖥️

他的介绍栏这里有一组小标题说的是“Play. Train. Earn.”我觉得这个小标题蛮有意思的，这基本就是sapien官方强调的特色了。

sapien这个名词含义本身也是来源于拉丁语，意思是智人，这个项目又是做的AI领域，对应的就是这个Train吧，I guess（我猜）....据白皮书介绍，自从2024年第四季度上线以来，已经吸纳了超15万名AI trainers（AI 训练师），处理了数百万个经过质量验证的数据点。看来项目的活跃性还算可以的，这里用到的词语AI trainers（AI 训练师）也挺有亮点的挺高端哈，其实说白了，因为项目的核心规则就是让全人类参与进来，任何人都可以贡献自己的专业知识。👩‍⚕️如果你是医生，你可以在此训练医疗AI；🧑‍💻如果你是工程师你可以在这里增强技术模型，你在什么领域就可以贡献什么领域的知识。不得不说这是一举两得，既增加热度又降低成本。 😆😆😆

所以很明显的一点，目前人工智能行业正在经历前所未有的增长，预计到 2030 年将超过 1.8 万亿美元，这样的扩张速度就会带来一个巨大的挑战：如何训练日益复杂的人工智能模型，以此来获取我们所需要的高质量人类知识。

官方在白皮书里专门列出了一栏阐述了“THE CHALLENGE & OPPORTUNITY”（挑战与机遇）。解释了一点：解决了初步的知识吸纳问题，后面还会出现质量验证问题，如果没有一个可靠的大规模验证方法来核验大家的贡献质量，且不同领域的贡献验证标准也不同的话，那这个机制就是个鸡肋。但看白皮书介绍，sapien四个layer（层）里面是已经有一个Qualification: The Proof Layer，意思是：保证质量的证明层。就是能够凭证验证和专业知识验证的自动化，在保持严格标准的同时实现专业领域的访问。

但是...悄咪咪说...我找了很久，发现公开文档中未明确公开这个细节，Github也没看到，不知道是不是方法有问题呢····找不到The Proof Layer的技术支持，这让我对此项目架构是否能顺利落地有点存疑，毕竟庞大的生活愿景如果没有技术支持只是理想，理想很丰满，现实很骨感！！不过既然白皮书提到了有这个验证层应该是没问题的吧····🤪🤪����

不管了，项目方最近开始造大声势���高热度了，看起来势头还挺猛的，大家如果觉得看好也可以跟一跟，具体方法我先写在下面。

Sapien, Let Me Break Down This Intriguing AI Architecture!

A Little Preface:
Lately, Sapien has been all over my feed. Honestly, I’m usually pretty resistant to projects that everyone’s jumping on board with—following the crowd isn’t really my thing. Having seen how intense the competition got with Spark over cookies, I’ve already gone full “zen mode” about it. So, projects like this that rely on showing off don’t exactly leave a great first impression on me. I’ll admit, my instinct to steer clear is basically me being a top-tier “retreat artist,” haha. Please don’t roast me, I know!

That said, today I saw some KOLs (key opinion leaders) who share my perspective: “Classics never go out of style.” To me, the biggest payoff from just talking about a project (aka “mouth farming”) is the long-term traffic benefits. You’ve got to put in the effort, but keep your perspective and mindset long-term—slow and steady wins the race. As a KOL, I also think we have a responsibility to maintain a healthy discourse environment. Serious research is the foundation, and success will naturally follow.

Alright, so today I decided to give Sapien a look with an open mind. As expected, X is flooded with repetitive AI chatbot-style posts, which got on my nerves. Very few posts were written in a clear, fresh, or insightful way. So, I went straight to the official website and whitepaper. The original text wasn’t exactly easy to digest, but after slowly going through it, I understood about 85% of it. I also cross-referenced some Chinese sources and tried out some tasks on the website. Now, I’m going to break down this project’s architecture in a simple way for you all (it might take more than one post, so we’ll take it slow). Feel free to use the clues I provide to judge the project’s value for yourself!
Main Content (Basic Architecture Introduction):
First off, the whitepaper’s table of contents is incredibly detailed, which gives a great first impression and earns some points. It clearly states that the project raised $15.5 million, led by Variant Fund, with participation from Animoca Brands, Base, and others. You can verify this on Rootdata.

In the introduction, there’s a small subtitle that says Play. Train. Earn. I found this pretty interesting—it basically sums up Sapien’s official selling point. The term “Sapien” comes from Latin, meaning “wise person” or “Homo sapiens,” and since this project is in the AI space, I’m guessing it ties to the “Train” part... According to the whitepaper, since its launch in Q4 2024, Sapien has onboarded over 150,000 AI trainers and processed millions of quality-verified data points. This suggests decent project activity. The term “AI trainers” is also a highlight, as the core mechanism is about involving all of humanity—anyone can contribute their expertise. If you’re a doctor, you can train medical AI; if you’re an engineer, you can enhance technical models. Whatever your field, you can contribute knowledge to it. This is a win-win: it boosts engagement while keeping costs low.

Here’s the obvious takeaway: the AI industry is experiencing unprecedented growth, projected to exceed $1.8 trillion by 2030. This rapid expansion brings a huge challenge: how to train increasingly complex AI models with high-quality human knowledge. The whitepaper dedicates a section to “The Challenge & Opportunity,” explaining this. Even after solving the initial knowledge collection problem, there’s still the issue of quality verification. Without a reliable, large-scale method to verify contributions across different fields with varying standards, the mechanism would be useless. However, the whitepaper mentions that Sapien’s four-layer architecture includes a Qualification: The Proof Layer, which is meant to ensure quality through automated credential and expertise verification while maintaining strict standards for domain-specific access. But... after digging for a while, I couldn’t find any clear details in the public documents about how this Proof Layer is technically supported. This makes me a bit skeptical about whether the architecture can actually be implemented smoothly. After all, grand visions without technical backing are just dreams—and while dreams are nice, reality can be harsh!
Still, the project team has been ramping up momentum lately, and it seems to be gaining traction. If you’re bullish on it, you might want to jump in. I’ll outline the methods below.
