Grigor Narekatsi, 10th century (950 – 1003/1011), was an Armenian mystical and lyrical poet, monk, and theologian. He is a saint of the Armenian Apostolic Church and was declared a Doctor of the Church by #PopeFrancis in 2015.

Faaliyete geçtiği 1845 yılında fabrikanın yönetimi ve mülkiyeti #Osmanlı Devleti'ne devredildi. Başlangıçta bez ve ipekli kumaş üretiminin planlandığı fabrikada, Avrupa ülkelerinden ithal edilen makinelerle beraber üretim alanı genişledi.

1891 yılında 100 halı tezgâhı bulunan yeni bir bölüm açıldı ve halı üretimine geçildi. 1905'ten itibaran ise ürün çeşitliliği artırıldı ve fes, perde, fanila gibi birçok alanda üretime geçildi.

As is known from history textbooks, Saint Anna 988 married the #Kiev prince Vladimir and the result of this marriage was the Baptism of #Russia in 988.

#Armenian Church in #Şanlıurfa,#Turkey is being destroyed by treasure hunters in the hope of finding gold and other relics of the once rich Armenian Christian community of this city. The stones of the walls were removed. Unfortunately, this Church is one of the last remainders.
