This term we have been looking at the signs of Autumn. As artists, we used salt dough to create an Autumn leaf, we then used autumnal colours to paint them. Take a look at the display outside of our classroom. ๐๐๐
In PE, we have enjoyed climbing and jumping using different apparatus to improve our gross motor skills. We remembered to use bendy knees to jump and use our arms to help us balance! โญ๏ธ
We have been learning about the season Autumn. We know that pumpkins grow in autumn so today we cut one open to explore the insides. We used great oracy to explain what we could see, feel and smell ๐
We were so excited to eat our delicious bread that we made and baked yesterday ๐ We spoke about how delicious it smelt and how the crust was a golden brown.

We brought our talk for writing story of The Little Red Hen to life today. We met a real hen ๐! Beech class demonstrated courage by stroking the hen gently. ๐พ
