The club is also delighted to announce the naming of our new 8+, the ‘Graeme Cunningham’!

Presidents Note: This year we were proud to name our new 8+ after our Head Coach, Graeme Cunningham. Graeme has been a part of our club for more than 2 decades now

and the difference that Graeme has created for us and our alumni to be a part of an amazing club and compete at the highest level.

It was a special moment to see Graeme take to the water on the Thames, competing in the Masters head of the river with our alumni in the boat named

, starting off as a member and offering coaching for many of our alumni during this time. Without Graeme the club would not be what it is today, thanks to the incredible amount of voluntary hours that he has put in over the years and to this day. We appreciate the opportunities

Gillian stepped up for the club and provided coaching when it was needed for a number of years and although well overdue we were delighted to hold a boat naming ceremony at the park this year.
