I’ve had lots of comments the last few days like “get a better job” or “maybe you’re just not that good at acting”, “google says you’re a millionaire so stop complaining” (😂) or “but what about teachers and nurses” and I understand these sentiments, it’s not a simple issue to explain. Actors and writers aren’t looking to take money from anyone else, we are simply looking to get paid fairly for the work we do. #SAGAFTRAstrong

@chamfy My stand actually became a business that the local council gave a commercial kitchen exception (I later worked for the council and that team had conniptions) as long as I told everyone when I was selling at sports fields.

This is terrible policy. While the alarm is being sounded about the water crisis Vancouvers solution is to pour away millions of litres of drinking water. Funding reticulation and reuse upgrades would have been a far better use of council time and natural resources

The only answer from @NHL teams whose players refuse to wear inclusive warm up jerseys is to refuse to play them that game. You’re in or your out. Teams can’t run the warmup for clout and not follow through on meaningful action. (There are exceptions to the rule but not many.)
