@CrossCountryUK was on the 1511 from Leeds to Bristol Temple Meads & can’t believe how poor this service was. Paid for a 1st Class upgrade & all I got was 1 cup of tea. Had to ask for water & not offered anything to eat. What kind of service is that ? Total waste of money
