What is Happiness?

It's not something we can achieve, it's a state of being.
We can feel happy even while suffering. For example, we can think that struggles teach us something and make us stronger, and better.
We can feel happy thinking this way.

This is an extreme example, but we can learn from Ricky. Jin's character in the prologue is very similar to Ricky's charachter: through the whole movie, Ricky is always filming "the Beauty", and so Jin does in the #Prologue.

RM said "something can be beautiful because there's something horrible". Ricky can find beauty everywhere: his reaction upon discovering Lester shot dead is to watch with fascination the blood slowly ooze from his head.
In Run, Jin's scene is filmed on purpose similar to this.

So, the flower symbol in the HYYH series represents The Most Beautiful Moment in Life.
It symbolizes the Beauty, the Happiness, the Dreams, the Hope, the Youth… and also the Galaxy in your heart (which will become/evolve in the #Mikrokosmos).

But what is Beauty?

One of the main themes of the movie is exactly the meaning of "Beauty" (in American society, but here we can see it in general).
