@googlenesthelp for the last 2 months I’ve been trying to get a working Nest thermostat. 2 faulty ones down and still can’t get a replacement. Sent a link to order a new one - after 3 weeks - the link didn’t even work!! Totally ridiculous customer service. You need to do better.
