.@nxwestmidlands waited 40 minutes for the 35 on Friday before getting a taxi and just waited another 40 for the 18 (supposedly every 10-12 mins). How is this a bus "service"? Makes life difficult for thousands of people - why even bother having a timetable

@iD_Mobile_UK You should be posting hourly updates with an issue of such magnitude that you leave people unable to use their phones for 3 days now. The lack of 'customer service' and generic responses are beyond infuriating - seeming to treat customers with apathy at best and contempt at worst

@vaxsupport Two faulty batteries in 2 months and now the seal has gone. Still waiting for acknowledgement 4 days later and no vacuum again in a house with small children. When can I expect a refund?! #blade4
@DraytonManor Appauling queues due to constant ride cleaning... Which you are on for 1 minute, compared to no cleaning at all of all indoor queue zones. Makes no sense, but makes for an awful experience.
