@OVOEnergy I spent another 20 minutes on the phone to SSE/Ovo having to relay my address several times until I was put through to department that could deal with DTS meters in northern Scotland. I need to wait for a call back now.

@OVOEnergy Hi Chelsea it is Ovo’s responsibility to contact the new owner as you are default supplier. You haven’t. Anyway, I did call the number. I was waiting for 40 minutes, got through, got told I needed to call SSE supply. You are SSE supply but anyway I then called the other number.

@AvantiWestCoast can you explain why you’ve drastically cut the number of direct trains between Birmingham and Glasgow. Turfed out for a 50 min wait at Preston when previously sailed right through. Nothing against Preston but it’s adding nearly an hour to already long journey.

@seatsixtyone On west coast glasgow to Birmingham today. Cheapest single booked a few days ago was £75. Car would cost about £30. Plane is about £80 I think. But the views def better on the train and I got work done inbet looking out the window 🙂

@KirstyLewin Also ended up at St. John’s for some plastic surgery and in super hot room getting pulse checked every hour. It was though only my finger!! (Drop handlebars, which age me 🙂)
