@LeftistWriter To people arguing for a cure (specifically for adults) in the comments, I'd like to explain what that means. Autism isn't simply genetic, its not this vague thing in our bodies - its literally how our body was built, our brains, entirely who we are.

@LeftistWriter Curing autistic people wont solve their problems. Getting a cure wont solve yours. It will create new ones. Losing your self of self knowing that there is something wrong with how you react, even if society thinks it's 'better'.. That's not a life you or your family want to have.

@raveprincesa At least saying yes made it feel like it was my choice. Boy even had the nerve to yell at me after and give me the silent treatment for a few days because I didn't bleed so I 'must have been lying about being a virgin' or popped my own cherry which got him super mad 😑

@AshHardell If the video is well made I'd probably enjoy it and think they put a lot of work into their presentation - however it might make me feel more inadequate about mine not really knowing that was an option, if everyone was doing a presentation? Id talk with the class first imo!

@lexvieira93 @xCDMM @BigBoyBeefDip @Veritas11001896 @DailyMirror Chances are his doctors didn't explain to him the side effects properly or helped him come up with a way to prevent it from getting this bad. Weight gain on steroids happen pretty quickly too, losing the weight will take years compared to the few months it took to gain it.

@lexvieira93 @xCDMM @BigBoyBeefDip @Veritas11001896 @DailyMirror Steroidal Medication for arthritis often makes you gain weight even if you are extremely careful, due to how the medication affects how your body stores fat. You can literally not change your diet at all and still gain significant weight on that medication.

@JessicaXDiamond @HSDprblms I gained a lot of weight on mirtazapine 😩 it also makes me nauseated so I take it before bed instead or in the morning so I don't throw it up. It helped my depression a lot though! My experience with it doesn't mean yours will be bad tho, you could try it and it works perfectly!
