Abysmal service from BT, TV box died saturday night, reported sunday, replacement promised in 48 hours, now had message saying won't arrive until thursday! Sat they can't replace faulty substandard equipment expeditiously and when promised, despatched monday on 48 hr delivery

Amazon misrepresentation, beware they advertise goods in stock which are NOT, Item ordered monday in stock told today they cannot find it! totally unacceptable, I have full transcript of their inability to reslolve the situation.😡😡😡

@AmazonHelp that you couldn't do anything to help! there is an alternative supplier but costs an additional £50 delivery charge to guarantee delivery by same dae as original, totally ignored your responsibility regarding misrepresentation
