🟠 #BREAKING: LABOR IS QUIETLY PAYING JOURNALIST WAGES AT 184 NEWSROOMS 🟠
Anika Wells' $67.6 million Journalism Assistance Fund is part paying the wages of more than 2,000 journalists, and more than half the money went to just four ownership groups.
Nine took $16.1 million. Seven's side of the new Southern Cross group took $11.3 million. Crikey, The Conversation, The Saturday Paper and Mamamia are all there.
News Corp, Sky News and The Guardian were barred from even applying. Opinion writing doesn't count as news under the government's own rules. And no funded newsroom ever has to tell its readers.
The fund ran dry in 28 days. One recipient was two days old. Another collapsed five weeks later.
We've published the full table: all 184 recipients, every company, every owner, every dollar and their share of the fund:

I love Australia - proper people with a proper country.
Good to meet with @PaulineHansonOz who is working so hard to protect that.
We certainly share many of the same objectives.
Karl gets cancelled for interviewing @TRobinsonNewEra so Pauline goes to see him next! Total gangsta move.
She doesn’t care short MSM and she CAN’T be cancelled cause she’s too influential on her own
Associates of the Muslim Middle Eastern organised crime network in Australia have been arrested after trying to groom a young child for sex.
Wake up Australia, we have our own Muslim grooming gangs in Australia just like the UK.
They hunt & target little White Aussie girls.
How many of our nations daughters are you willing to sacrifice?
Like the others, he will be back out on bail soon to continue terrorising our children.
🟢Given that Woolworths boasts a $50 billion market capitalisation and raked in $1.38 billion in profit last year, why is Blackout Bowen handing this corporate giant $22 million of taxpayers’ money for 148 electric trucks — roughly $150,000 per vehicle?
🟢If these trucks are supposedly so advanced and commercially superior, why do they need a massive taxpayer subsidy at all?
The answer is obvious: they’re not commercially viable without it.These T5 Battery Electric Trucks carry a sticker price of $153,395. That means Woolworths is getting brand-new trucks essentially for free, paid for by Australian taxpayers and their small-business competitors who are being forced to subsidise their own destruction.
🟢Why is $22 million of Australian taxpayers’ money being funnelled (or should we say laundered) through a foreign corporation headquartered in the UK so it can ultimately buy Chinese-made trucks to lease to Woolworths ?
🟢Imagine the army of middlemen, consultants, grifters and political fixers all clipping the ticket on this one taxpayer funded deal.
🟢If the handout per truck is $150,000 and list price of the trucks is ($153,395) why not just try and get a discount to buy 148 of them, and hand the free trucks to Woolworths ?
🟢Is it because there’s are army of grifters and spivs that need to get a cut of this rort ?
🟢Why is the ACCC allowing Woolworths to lie that these trucks deliver a “greener delivery”?
In New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland they will be charged overnight on coal-fired power, and the enormous CO₂ emissions generated during their manufacture will never be offset by any supposed operational “savings.”
🟢How does the head of Bowen’s CEFC get away with claiming “This investment reflects commercial viability” when a $150,000 price tag for a small 2-tonne truck proves the exact opposite?
It is only “viable” because taxpayers are being forced to cover the huge difference.
🟢While Australians are being crushed by the cost of living, housing shortages and failing infrastructure, why is the Albanese regimes priority is to gift free trucks to a company already swimming in profit ?
It is grotesque.
🟢What about Woolworths’ small-business competitors?
Their taxes are being used to bankroll the very corporation that is trying to drive them out of business.
🟢Does Bowen and Labor really hate Australian small businesses that much — is it simply because Woolworths’ heavily unionised workforce funnels money into Labor’s coffers while small businesses do not?
🟢And why won’t the media call this out for the blatant rort, the giant boondoggle and the textbook case of crony capitalism that it is?
🟢Is it because they’re dependent on Woolworths’ advertising dollars, or because the ABC is too busy running political protection for the Albanese regime?
🟢And where is anyone from the Liberal Party calling it out ? Or are they all hiding under their desks. Again ?
🟠Thank God One Nation has a policy to scrap Net Zero. That would finally mean cleaning out and shutting down the CEFC and ending this kind of corporate welfare scam once and for all.
🔴Alternatively, if you want your tax dollars to be handed to Woolworths to provide them with free trucks - keep voting Labor for more of the same. 🤯
Today Show ratings have PLUMMETED following Karl Stefanovic's sacking.
Today only reached 265,000 viewers, while competitor program Sunrise reached 458,000.
As a wise man once said, "Everything woke turns to sh*t".
Britians Muslim rape gangs have hit Australia, and the leftwing Labor Government have made a deal that the Muslim rapist who raped a underage child will not be charged with rape. This way he can stay in Australia and vote for Labor.
So that’s it.
Nine newspapers are now reporting that Nine News has axed Karl Stefanovic over his interview with Tommy Robinson and, unbelievably, his support for Ben Roberts-Smith.
A veteran Australian broadcaster interviews a controversial figure, says something the corporate media class doesn’t like, and suddenly the suits move in.
These are not the actions of a news organisation that should champion free speech. They are the actions of an out of control corporate media giant.
Nine wants Australians to watch its programs, read its papers, trust its “news” and swallow its moral lectures.
But when one of its own steps outside the approved script, they throw him overboard to keep the activists, advertisers and newsroom commissars happy.
Fine.
The CitizenGO campaign to stop Nine from sacking Karl Stefanovic will now morph into a major boycott movement.
We will be calling on Australians to boycott Nine.
We will be calling on political leaders to haul Nine’s bosses into the spotlight, grilling them in parliament on why they’ve made this decision.
And we will be calling for Nine’s free-to-air broadcast licence to be pulled.
If Nine wants to behave like a censorious corporate bully, then it should not enjoy the privilege of broadcasting into Australian homes on publicly-controlled spectrum.
Nine’s bosses need to hear this loud and clear:
We won’t be watching.
We won’t be reading.
We won’t be clicking.
And we won’t be rewarding this gutless corporate cancellation machine with our attention ever again.
BOYCOTT NINE.
Australia banned X for children but not BlueSky.
Britain is banning X for children but not BlueSky.
This proves one thing.
It's not about protecting children.
It's about censorship and controlling the narrative.
