@virginmedia I’ve done that. I’ve tried to call. Its telling me online to wait 24 hours. The issues have been for weeks. Idon’t have the ability to wait in for a technician to come out because I need to go into work as I can’t now WFH! and in the meantime I’m paying for a service I can’t use.
